1) Can I get an invitation letter?

Yes. If you need an official invitation letter to support your visa application or for institutional purposes, please contact us at amc@leibniz-fli.de. Please note that invitation letters can only be provided after your registration and payment are confirmed.

2) Can you check if I successfully registered / submitted my abstract?

You should receive an automatic confirmation email after submitting the form. If you don’t see the message:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder.
  • If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, try submitting the form again and double-check your email address.
  • If the issue persists, try using a different email address.

Still no luck? Contact us at amc@leibniz-fli.de, listing you tried all of the options above and we will be happy to help.

3) Can I change my abstract?

Yes, but only within the abstract submission window. You can revoke your submission using the individualized link sent to you after submitting your abstract, and then you can use the abstract submission form to submit a new version. Please note: changes are not possible after the submission deadline.

4) Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, but our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Until July 11, 2025: You can cancel your registration. A 25€ handling fee and any applicable bank charges will apply.
  • From July 12, 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

To cancel, use the cancellation link provided in your registration confirmation email.

5) The deadline has passed. Can I still register?

While we cannot guarantee availability after the deadline, late registration may be possible until mid-September, depending on remaining capacity. To ensure your place and benefit from the early-bird discount, we strongly encourage you to register before the early-bird deadline.

6) What are the payment options?

To finalize your registration, please transfer the fee to the following account:

If you cannot pay via bank transfer, credit card payment is available for an additional 10 €. You can contact us (amc@leibniz-fli.de) if you would like to pay by credit card or if you need an invoice.

Note: Registrations without payment received within 14 days will be canceled automatically.

7) What is the poster size and style?

Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation, with a maximum size of A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm / 33.1 in × 46.8 in). We recommend using large fonts, clear visuals, and minimal text for better readability. Mounting materials (e.g., push pins or adhesive strips) will be provided on-site.
